Meeting every Wednesday from 6-8pm, our youth group is a dynamic and welcoming space where you can connect with friends, grow in your faith, and discover your true purpose in Christ. Whether you’re new to church or have been coming for years, you’ll find a supportive community that values you just as you are.
Our gatherings are packed with fun activities, inspiring messages, and meaningful discussions designed to help you navigate the challenges of life as a young person. We aim to create an environment where you can explore your beliefs, ask tough questions, and deepen your relationship with God. Pastor Eugene Gill serves as the Youth Pastor at Community Church. He loves helping students get connected and finding their place at Community Students. Pastor Eugene has been doing youth ministry for a decade across southeast Texas and his loving wife Kristen has been serving alongside him since they got married in June of 2023.Eugene grew up in Southeast Texas and is a graduate of West Orange Stark and went on to continue his education at Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, TX. He graduated with his Bachelors in Church Ministry as well as two associate degrees one in Bible and the other in Social Studies.
Eugene also helps with our athletics program at Community Christian School. He currently serves as our Varsity Basketball coach as well as one of our Tennis Coaches.Eugene feels called to help students from all walks of life get CONNECTED to the body of christ, to help students KNOW God, to help teenagers GROW to experience life, and to SERVE to make a difference.
